qb DAF only works with headphones — wired, Bluetooth, or USB. Without them, your voice would go straight from the microphone to the speaker and cause loud feedback. Connect your headphones and the button enables automatically.
Bluetooth headphones add their own transmission latency on top of the delay shown in the app, so the timing you hear is less accurate. For the most precise delayed feedback, use wired headphones.
You can set the delay between 25 and 200 milliseconds. Most people find values between 50 and 150 ms work best — experiment and pick what feels most natural for you.
Yes. The app stops automatically when the headphones are disconnected or a phone call arrives, to protect you from sudden feedback. Just press Start again when you're ready.
Yes. Once running, the delayed feedback keeps working in the background and with the screen locked.
